John D'Agostino

Principal of JThomas Construction, is a professional builder serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts for nearly two decades. Before founding JThomas Construction, John worked as a Field Project Manager for one of RI's largest custom home builders. John graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Economics, upon graduating he moved back to the Ocean State where he took a summer job as a Laborer for a construction company. Being an incredibly hard worker, John quickly worked his way up from sweeping floors to running the entire job as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager he oversaw the construction of numerous subdivisions as well as Million dollar Plus Custom Homes. Starting at the bottom and working his way up has given John a valuable understanding of every step of the process and how to make it run smoothly.

John resides in South County with his wife and their three children. 

Michaela D'Agostino

Michaela D’Agostino,  is a lifelong resident of South County, moving away to NYC to attend Pace University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and then deciding the coastal beach community she grew up in was where she belonged and desired to raise her children. Michaela has gradually and organically evolved in her position at JThomas Construction, it was after building two customs homes and then most recently doing a major renovation to her childhood home that gave her the enthusiasm to want to work for JThomas where she now handles multiple roles.  Working with different home designers to develop house plans and working with various vendors to complete all of the remaining home design decisions such as the kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, tile, paint colors, and more, every selection and decision that goes into building a house Michaela has executed making decisions that she loves while also staying on budget for each of the projects. She takes this experience and helps guide each client with as little or as much help as the clients find they need. Michaela is the Project Manager for all details in your new home.
